“Following a brain injury, and slow cognitive decline, Mum now needs a carer to help her with personal care in the mornings and evenings. I haven't met any other carers from AM Homecare Services, but the manager has been excellent with Mum. She is always bright and cheerful, and even when Mum is in a low mood, the manager manages to get her smiling and laughing. She is always professional but the service she provides is very personal and caring. She is excellent with my Mum who can be stubborn and uncooperative, but also treats her with respect and dignity, never patronizing.
